Any shipping fees collected during the original purchase will not be refunded.Β Product condition must be new, unmounted and in original packaging. If products have been mounted, installed, altered, or worn, they will not be eligible for return or exchange.Β Return shipping cost to MW Company is the responsibility of the customer.Β For product exchanges,Β customers outside of the 48 states will be charged quoted shipping rates for replacement product.

Online and Direct Purchases:
Please email us at customerservice@grantproducts.com and include your full name, order number or PO, item you wish to return, reason for return, and if you want a refund or exchangeΒ or call our customer service team atΒ 1-800-952-6947 to receive the required Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent to GRANT Company without proper return authorization documentation will be disposed of. Wheels or steering wheels that have been mounted, have customer damage or are returned in the wrong packaging will not be issued a refund or credit. For exchanges, replacement order must be placed at the same time as the Return Authorization is issued. Exchanged product will not be shipped until returned product has been received and inspected. In the event that a refund is owed, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.Β GRANT must receive product within 15 days of the RMA issue date.
Dealer / Distributor Purchases:
Must be processed through the authorized dealer or distributor you purchased from.
